Я так поняла, что все бы ничего, но есть одно и очень большое НО. Там в эскритуре написано, что, чтобы получить разрешение в муниципалитете, а надо чтобы КАЖДЫЙ совладелец здания, то есть владельцы всех квартир, выписали специальную доверенность. А вот это уж точно НЕ РЕАЛЬНО сделать.

Да, и насколько я поняла вы так и не читали Reglamento de Copropiedad, если бы вы его сразу спросили, прежде чем подтверждать покупку, то оттуда это странное условие сразу бы вылезло.
Остальное все напутано и конкретно практически ни на что не влияет. За исключением темы света, что очень важно.

NatashaV, а в Аргентине нотариус несет ответственность за чистоту сделки?
В Уругвае, как мне рассказывали, у нотариуса могут отозвать лицензию, в случае совершения подозрительной операции.
Или в данном случае ответственность лежит на покупателе и вины нотариуса здесь нет?
