Новые ограничения для иностраннных туристов в Аргентине

Центральный банк Аргентины издал циркуляр, по которому транспортные компании и туристические агентства смогут покупать иностранную валюту за проданные услуги не резидентам только если туристы их оплатили посредством дебетовой или кредитной карты, выпущенной за рубежом, или посредством банковского перевода из-за рубежа или наличной иностранной валютой.

Таким образом, хотят снизить количество долларов, циркулирующих на черном рынке, и сократить разрыв между официальным курсом и черным. И хотят, чтобы турист не менял доллары на черном рынке. Ха-ха, все равно же будут менять...

Турист все может, только пойдет он покупать билет в агентство на песо, а ему не продадут его, скажут, ты турист, значит гони доллары, или картой расплачивайся... В этом идея, а как на практике... наверное дурдом будет...

Смысл в том, что все операции надо проводить по карте или по безналу...а там курс официальный...
Чтобы тур фирмы не скупали доллары бумажные у туристов...
